Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Proactively call prospective candidates from job portals and databases to introduce job opportunities. Initial Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews over the phone to assess experience, skills, and salary expectations. Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interview slots between candidates and consultants/clients. Database Management: Update candidate records and interaction details in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or CRM. Lead Generation: Source new candidates through referrals and cold calling. Candidate Engagement: Maintain a positive candidate experience and guide them through the initial hiring process. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or recruitment. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and [Local Language]. Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion, active listening, and negotiation skills. Technology: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Attributes: Target-driven, patient, and ability to handle rejection professionally. Database will be provided by the company. The desired Candidate should know to use computer and online platforms to search profiles for required jobs. There is no sales traget but calling should be done with full conviction and persuasiveness. Also, the candidate will have to maintain the database of the calls done and their feedback.
