    We are hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize our marketing technology stack, manage campaign execution, and drive data-driven marketing decisions across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, and analytics. You will be responsible for ensuring our marketing engine runs smoothly from lead capture through to conversion. You will work with tools like HubSpot, Mautic, Google Analytics, and various advertising platforms to build automated workflows, measure campaign effectiveness, and generate insights that inform our go-to-market strategy. ## Key Responsibilities - Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack including HubSpot, Mautic, and Google Analytics - Build, test, and maintain marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and engagement - Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights for the marketing team - Coordinate cross-functional marketing campaigns with sales, product, and content teams - Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and tool procurement decisions - Design and implement lead scoring models and attribution frameworks - Create dashboards and reporting for marketing leadership and executive stakeholders - Ensure data hygiene and compliance across all marketing systems and databases ## Requirements - 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or growth marketing - Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mautic - Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools - Understanding of lead scoring methodologies, nurture programs, and multi-touch attribution - Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend across channels - Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns - Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder reporting
