We ship frequently and take pride in our craft. ## Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain reusable React components with TypeScript and proper typing - Implement responsive, accessible designs using Tailwind CSS and Radix primitives - Optimize web performance including Core Web Vitals, bundle size, and rendering - Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Vitest and Testing Library - Collaborate with designers on component specifications and interaction patterns - Integrate with backend REST APIs and WebSocket connections for real-time features - Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend architecture decisions ## Requirements - 3+ years of professional frontend development experience - Strong React and TypeScript proficiency with hooks and modern patterns - Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks - Understanding of state management patterns including React Query and Zustand - Familiarity with testing frameworks and test-driven development practices - Knowledge of web accessibility standards and semantic HTML - Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD, and modern development tooling
