## About the Role VantaHire is building a cutting-edge talent operating system to streamline hiring processes. We're seeking a highly motivated GTM Associate to drive early customer outreach, design partner onboarding, and feedback operations. ## Role Summary As a GTM Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential customers, onboarding design partners, and capturing user feedback to inform product development. You will work closely with the founder and collaborate across sales, customer success, and GTM teams. ## Responsibilities - Lead generation: Build target lists of startup founders, hiring managers, and recruiting agencies, and maintain a clean lead pipeline - Outbound outreach: Send personalized messages via LinkedIn, email, and other channels, and improve messaging based on response patterns - Design partner pipeline: Move leads from first contact to booked call to onboarded design partner, and coordinate onboarding and usage follow-ups - Customer feedback ops: Join user calls, capture structured notes on pain points and feedback, and organize insights to inform product and fundraising - GTM execution support: Manage CRM hygiene, lead stages, and Mautic workflows, and produce weekly reports on funnel progress and user insights ## What Success Looks Like Within the first 30-60 days, success looks like: * A consistent pipeline of qualified leads * Regular outbound activity and follow-ups * 8-12 customer calls booked * 5-10 design partners onboarded * Structured user feedback being captured every week * Clear visibility into who is active, interested, blocked, or ready to pay ## Who This Role Is For You may be a strong fit if you: * Are highly organized and execution-oriented * Are comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments * Can write clearly and communicate simply * Enjoy talking to customers and understanding pain points * Are willing to do hands-on outbound work every day * Want to work closely with a founder and learn about early GTM strategies ## Preferred Background We are open to different profiles, but strong candidates may have: * 1-3 years of experience in sales, SDR, founder's office, customer success, GTM ops, or recruiting * Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email follow-ups, and lead research * Experience working in a startup or fast-moving environment * Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation tools like Mautic ## Must-Have Skills * Strong written communication * Good research ability * Discipline in follow-up and tracking * Ability to summarize customer conversations clearly * Comfort with repetitive execution work * Ownership mindset ## Nice-to-Have Skills * Startup hiring or recruiting exposure * Early-stage SaaS experience * Experience with outbound playbooks * Basic comfort with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and automation workflows ## What This Role Is Not This is not a content marketing, brand strategy, social media management, or performance marketing role.
