HR Manager 📍 Trivandrum Employment Type Full-Time | On-site Gender Open to All Experience 3–6 years in HR, preferably in financial services / BFSI Key Responsibilities: ▪ Lead end-to-end recruitment across all Kerala branches and new pan-India locations ▪ Design and implement HR policies aligned with SEBI and regulatory compliance requirements ▪ Drive employee onboarding, training calendars, and performance appraisal processes ▪ Manage payroll coordination, attendance systems, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Shops Act) ▪ Build employer branding to attract top financial talent across Kerala and beyond ▪ Partner with branch heads to forecast manpower needs as the company scales nationally ▪ Organizational Review & Structural Development — org chart review, role clarity, hierarchy gaps ▪ Workforce & Manpower Planning — headcount vs business needs, hiring forecasts ▪ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition — pipelines, JDs, onboarding checklists ▪ HR Policy, Documentation & Statutory Compliance — handbook, appointment letters, PF/ESI/Shops Act calendar ▪ / KPA Design & Performance Management — department-wise KPIs, appraisal formats, incentive linkage ▪ Payroll & Compensation Governance — payroll process, benchmarking, increment structures ▪ Employee Relations, Grievance & Discipline — grievance process, disciplinary matrix, warning framework ▪ Learning, Development & Succession Planning — training roadmaps, induction, leadership pipeline ▪ Reporting, MIS & CEO Coordination — monthly dashboard, headcount/attrition/payroll data ▪ Pan-India Expansion & Franchise HR Framework — scalable systems, branch launches, franchise HR Requirements: ▪ MBA / PG Diploma in HR or equivalent qualification ▪ Strong knowledge of Kerala labour laws and central employment regulations ▪ Experience in BFSI / stockbroking / financial services sector strongly preferred ▪ Proficiency in HRMS tools and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
