You will be the face of the company on the ground — meeting investors, building relationships, and driving revenue through proactive sales and client acquisition. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for financial markets and a hunger to grow in the broking industry. Key Responsibilities ļ‚· Identify and acquire new clients — retail investors, HNIs, and corporates — through direct visits, referrals, and digital outreach ļ‚· Conduct investor awareness sessions, product demos, and seminars in your assigned territory ļ‚· Promote and cross-sell broking products including equity, F&O, mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, and insurance ļ‚· Follow up consistently on leads and convert prospects into active trading clients ļ‚· Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and increased wallet share ļ‚· Coordinate with the dealing desk, research team, and compliance for smooth client onboarding and servicing ļ‚· Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets Requirements ļ‚· Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred ļ‚· 1–3 years of experience in stockbroking, banking, insurance, or wealth management ļ‚· NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) or NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributor) certification preferred ļ‚· Existing network within Kerala's investor or business community is a strong advantage ļ‚· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork ļ‚· Strong communication skills in Malayalam; working knowledge of English
